Based on our experience, it typically takes an average of 3 - 5 viewings to secure a contract. In the event that none of these viewings result in a rental agreement, we can arrange for an additional 3 viewings.

We can begin the search right after our initial consultation, but it's important to note that the entire process typically takes between 3 to 6 weeks. The duration may vary based on factors such as your specific profile, requirements, and the current market conditions.

You will only be required to pay 10% of the fee upfront as a retainer for our services.

The remaining amount will only be due once you have signed a contract with your future landlord.

The relocation subscription is a service we have developed to provide you with daily support over an extended period of time. Our goal is to assist you throughout your relocation journey, from helping you prepare for the move to Berlin, addressing any questions you may have, and guiding you through any challenges that may arise. Our collaboration can begin as soon as you start planning your move and will continue until you feel fully integrated and no longer require our assistance.
