We are not a real estate agency or broker, therefore, we do not maintain a portfolio of apartments. Our focus is on our clients and their specific HomeSearch needs. As such, we search for the right apartment for each individual client. ### How many apartment viewings I can expect? Based on our experience, it typically takes an average of 3 - 5 viewings to secure a contract. In the event that none of these viewings result in a rental agreement, we can arrange for an additional 3 viewings. ### What is the estimated timeframe for finding an apartment? We can begin the search right after our initial consultation, but it's important to note that the entire process typically takes between 3 to 16 weeks. The duration may vary based on factors such as your specific profile, requirements, and the current market conditions. ### Will I be charged if you are unable to find an apartment for me? You will only be required to pay 10% of the fee upfront as a retainer for our services. The remaining amount will only be due once you have signed a contract with your future landlord. ### Does HomeSearch include WBS flats? The process for securing a WBS apartment differs from ours.
