Soon after, we identified a significant challenge: finding suitable housing for our clients. This insight prompted us to change our focus from headhunting to relocation and led to the creation of HomeSearch service. With HomeSearch, we aimed to go beyond merely matching candidates with companies; we sought to match individuals with their ideal living spaces.  [**FlatAlert**](https://flat-alert.de/) To streamline this crucial aspect of relocation, we developed FlatAlert—initially intended solely for our internal use—to efficiently connect individuals with homes that met their specific needs and preferences. The effectiveness of FlatAlert quickly became apparent, so we made the strategic decision to shift our focus entirely towards enhancing relocation services through real estate solutions.  ## Our founders Recruitment background, passionate about tech, relocated internationally several times In 2024 we had hundreds of viewings in all parts of Berlin, got to know tens of agencies, landlords and property managers. We helped dozens of professionals, some with kids and pets obtain viewings and secure apartments Moreover, our entire team experienced the hurdle of finding a home in Berlin and experienced first hand what it means to be one of hundreds of applicants. We understand the challenges and doubts expats have when searching for a flat in Berlin, especially if they don’t speak German.  This is why we’re committed to use our networking and tech skill to providing a seamless house hunting experience for them. Our goal is to ensure every move is smooth, helping everyone find not just a house but truly a home.
